Bespoke Design
Bluefield has taken full advantage of pre-fabrication and modular design to develop an efficient product range which keeps costs to a minimum. However, by using the same design principles, Bluefield can adapt the system to create bespoke floating solutions. Therefore working closely with a client we can produce a unique design to suit a particular need or site restraint, subject to agreed timescales and costs. Floating Spaces
The Bluefield Concept can be further extended to produce multi-use projects, which combine our floating spaces with walkways, public realm and amenities to create unique floating green areas, promenades and waterfront developments. As these projects only “lightly touch” the sites they can be increased or decreased, to evolve as demand dictates.

Applicable to agents, developers, land owners, local authorities and any organisation who are keen to explore a floating solution and would like to give purpose to an under-utilised Bluefield site, we can offer advice and solutions for business planning, from design and master-planning, through to costing and feasibility, on to statutory approvals and finally project delivery.
Commercial Designs
Bluefield offers a wide range of commercial designs suitable for floating coffee shops, floating restaurants, floating offices, floating studios, floating retail spaces etc. These are currently available in 500 and 750sqft, and the internal space can be configured to suit a client's specific requirements. Adapted from our R Series, these standard commercial designs can be modified to suit client, site and budget requirements with prices and specifications available on request.

R (RESIDENTIAL) SERIES
Our R (Residential) Series houseboats can be used as a permanent home, holiday lodge or short-term rental accommodation and include all the comforts you would find in a high end apartment.
M (MARINA) SERIES
Our M (Marina) Series houseboats are suitable as holiday homes and have a more boat-like design so they fit seamlessly into a marina environment using the existing infrastructure and services.
C (CABIN) SERIES
Our C (Cabin) Series houseboats are most suitable for inland waterways and lakes, and are ideal for holiday parks or private renters as short-term lets or commercial accommodation.
